What we store

We store your account email, display name, onboarding preference, conversations, saved cards, and operational records needed to run the service. Authentication is handled by Supabase on the hosted app. If you use Google sign-in, Google and Supabase handle that sign-in connection.

What goes to AI providers

Relevant conversation text and reviewed source excerpts are sent to the configured AI service to create a response. Context is bounded and may not include your entire conversation history. AI Gateway may route requests through approved model providers. This app cannot guarantee those providers’ retention policies.

Avoid sharing passwords, payment details, identity documents, private information about others, or sensitive information you are not comfortable sending to an AI provider.

Who can access your conversations

Account authentication and access controls separate users’ saved conversations. This is not end-to-end encryption. Service operators and infrastructure providers may have technical access needed to operate, support, and secure the service.

Cookies and browser storage

Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in. Your theme preference is stored in your browser. Unsent drafts remain in page memory and disappear when you leave or reload. The app does not intentionally use your drafts to generate a response until you send them.

Optional website analytics

If configured and you explicitly allow it, Microsoft Clarity measures clicks, scrolling and page use on public marketing pages. Text is masked. Sign-in, account, billing, onboarding and conversation pages are excluded. Clarity may use analytics cookies and process device and usage data. Advertising storage is denied. You can decline or withdraw consent using Analytics privacy choices; declining does not affect product access. Authentication cookies and operational records still support the service.

Deletion and exports

You can delete a conversation from its conversation page. You can download saved cards as Markdown. Account deletion is available in Account and removes saved personal data from the app. If a required service fails during deletion, the account is disabled and deletion can be retried. Infrastructure backups and provider operational records may remain subject to their retention schedules.

Payments and service limits

No payment details are required for a free trial or while subscriptions are disabled. If you subscribe, Dodo processes your hosted checkout, billing address and payment details. The app shares your account email and stores provider customer, subscription, payment references and billing status to manage access. Card numbers are not collected by this app. Necessary billing records may remain after account deletion for reconciliation and legal obligations.

Rate limits, context limits, provider capacity, and an operator spending cap help keep the service available. Usage records may be retained to enforce these limits and investigate failures.

Your choices

Share only what you need to explain your situation. Use general descriptions instead of identifying details. If you do not agree with this handling of your information, do not submit it and close your account through the account controls.
